Report it from inside the app
Open Profile → Tell us what's up. Pick a topic and send. If you choose “A recipe imported wrong,” the link comes along automatically — which is what lets us actually reproduce it and fix that site.
Delete your account
You can delete your account and its data yourself, any time, in the app under Profile → Delete account.
Prefer we do it? Email hello@recipls.app from the address you signed up with.
Common questions
A recipe imported wrong, or wouldn't import at all
Some sites block automated readers, and a few write their recipes in a format nothing can parse. Send us the link — through Profile → Tell us what's up, which attaches it for us, or by email — and we'll take a look at that specific site.
In the meantime you can add the recipe by photo or by hand from + Add a recipe.
I forgot my password
Tap Forgot password? on the sign-in screen and we'll email you a reset link. If it doesn't arrive within a few minutes, check your spam folder — and if it still isn't there, email us and we'll sort it out.
How do I share recipes with the rest of my household?
Everyone in a household sees the same recipe book. The household owner can find the join code under Profile and share it; anyone entering that code joins the same book.
How do allergies and dislikes work?
Your Kitchen Profile has two lists. Allergies are a hard rule — we check recipes against them and flag conflicts. Dislikes are a soft preference we try to steer around.
Please treat it as a helper, not a safety net: always read the actual ingredients yourself if an allergy is serious. Recipls is not medical advice.
Is my data private?
Your recipes are visible only to your household. We don't sell your personal information and we don't show ads. The details are in the Privacy Policy.
